Surface Cleaning

Avoid Stretching

Minimize stretching of the film during application. Although TPU material has good elasticity, excessive stretching can affect its recovery ability and lifespan. Experienced technicians should perform the installation to ensure even coverage and avoid wrinkles or slackness.

Temperature Control

N70 film is sensitive to temperature. High temperatures can soften TPU material, affecting application; low temperatures make it hard and difficult to handle. Application within a 15°C to 30°C range is advised for best results. Adjust timing or use appropriate temperature control measures if necessary.

Edge Sealing

Seal the edges of the film after application using specialized sealant or edge protectors to prevent moisture and dust ingress. Proper edge sealing extends the film's lifespan and maintains aesthetics. Regularly inspect and repair any damage to seals.

Routine Maintenance

Despite N70 film's excellent weather resistance and durability, regular maintenance is essential. Clean the vehicle frequently, avoiding abrasive cleaners that can damage the film. Keep it away from prolonged exposure to intense sunlight or corrosive chemicals. A professional inspection and maintenance every six months are recommended to keep the film in optimal condition.
